JIMMY EVANS
Jimmy Evans combines his business acumen and law career, which spans more than 30 years. Jimmy is admitted as an attorney in the Supreme Courts of Western Australia and the High Court of South Africa. He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and South Africa as well as the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia.
Jimmy specialises in corporate law, trusts, contract law, development and environmental law, franchising and franchising law and local government aspects. Jimmy can guide you in commercial and business law aspects, from establishing companies and trusts as well as setting up business
ILZAMARIE EVANS
(LAW CLERK)
Ilzamarie obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from Edith Cowan University in 2016 and her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from LEO Cussen Centre for Law in 2017. She also holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Town Planning majoring in Environmental Planning from Edith Cowan University.
Ilzamarie currently works as a Law Clerk at Evans Legal. She has gained experience in the following areas of law:
- Will and Estate Law;
- Business and Corporation Law;
- Town Planning Law.
In her spare time Ilzamarie enjoy the outdoors, recently she completed the Perth 100km Oxfam trail walk.
BIANCA EVANS
(PARALEGAL)
Bianca Evans is a paralegal here at Evans Legal whom is currently in her final year of Bachelor of Law at Edith Cowan University. In the durations of her studies she has been familiarised with legal areas that includes, Contract Law, Family Law, Town Planning and Environmental Law. Her study interest also stretches to include Management and Accounting.
Bianca is an organized and motivated team player who is keen to develop her interest further in Corporations and Business Law. She has experience in client services, which is a great attribute to the firm. She is also familiar with the firm and its operations and knows what’s expected of her. Bianca is great member to have part of the Evans Legal team.
